because major inconsistencies arise if you identify as one, and the org identifies as another. (or, to go further, if the org identifies as one but is REALLY basing their analysis on the other.)
the question should be: is it possible to be both feminist and Marxist-Leninist without contradictions? And I would say, no, not without major revisions to one or the other.
